Delayed €4838 Withdrawal


05.01.21 08:59 gmt+1 I put up my winnings for withdrawal (4838€)
Til this day I still have not recieved my payments. All verifications and documents is in order from my part, and they have everything they need. Its been 11 days later and still nothing has happened. Yesterday i sent a last email demanding a proffessional response of the reasom why nothing has happened yet, and yet No reply. What has happened is my withdrawal dissapeared.. They are not longer in pending, they are not at my Casino account and they are not in my much better account, which is the account they use for transfer. Like I said, I did everything needed, but nothing happens. I have copies of all chats etc. Please help.
