Casino claiming I did not meet play through requirements


I deposited 50$ with their 400% welcome bonus. I played blackjack for about 9 hours straight and ended up winning $590. I constantly checked my play through requirements to ensure that they were met and I met the play through requirements (80x on Table Games).
My cash out was declined because they claim I have to play through another 900$. I feel that this is dishonest and want me to play through more so that I can possibly lose my winnings.

I was told that the software has trouble calculating the bonus play through on a bonus this high. This sounds like a total lie to me as casino software is the basis for their entire business and if it cannot calculate the play through properly how can they be in business? I checked my play through constantly and it seemed to be working just fine.

I would like my cash out of 590$ processed and paid. I do not want to play through any more as it did not show up in the casino software as needed, it showed as completed.

The following is the bonus that was used:

400% Match Bonus

30x Playthrough
(80x for Table Games and Video Poker)
10x max cashout
Redeem: WELCOME
Min Dep. $30 - Max $1000

You made a deposit in the amount of $50 and received a $200 bonus. With this, your total wagering requirement would be $20,000 ($250 X 80). You completed $19,107, meaning there is a shortfall of $893 to meet the wagering requirement.

Slot Madness responded quickly but did not address the odd issue that the play through was showing as different from the one under My Account. I completed the extra play through and now requested another cash out, will update later on.
