I got an email confirmation on 2020-02-04 confirming my withdrawal through wire transfer which would mean that the money should have been on my account within 5 work days. 9 days later and i'm yet to receive the payment from the casino.
Talking to the live chat they just ask me to wait a couple of days and can give me no proof of the withdrawal actually taking place. Seems very unserious and I just really want my money

I did receive the money today, thank you. However I find it very odd that you send me a confirmation on 4th of february telling me that the withdrawal is completed, when in fact it wasnt done until 13th of feb
