Where is my withdrawal
Right I know I have already submitted a complaint but it was the fifth business day today after my withdrawl of 5000 euros was approved by email last tuesday on the 5th of november.i have heard nothing and chat is as useless as ever and I'm beginning to get to end of my patience.if I have to go on chat again I will lose it.i sent emails to support and finance and ofcourse i have heard nothing. I have attached files so you can see all my deposits including the deposit i made immediately before i made the withdrawl on the 31st. Please please please will you now help as I have waited till their stated 5 business days till they actually process the withdrawl.they say they deal with many countries etc etc.thats not my problem.they also keep changing the deposit system as now uk players cant choose deposit method. Its starting to stress me out now and I actually need that money.
