Waiting three weeks for withdrawal
Won 621 over three weeks ago and was asked to send verification documents which I duly sent the next day (18 October.) I contacted the casino the next week for an update and was told all had been verified and payment would be made shortly. Heard nothing further and have followed up numerous times to be fobbed off. The agents on the online chat either end the conversation or tell me to email the finance team - I’ve had no reply to my emails. Really concerned and very frustrated that nothing seems to be working here. Today I have just been told that my documents haven’t been checked yet despite having screenshots of messages where I was told that my payment had been approved! Help please.
