I have been approved for withdrawal on the 14 October I am still waiting a week later I have spoke on chat getting nowhere just told to wait I spoke to someone this morning which was concerning as she said it’s still processing and it should be with me in the near future I don’t know what that is about

We can confirm that your withdrawal was paid on the 21st of October 2019. The withdrawal was for 500Euro.
Please be advised that depending on the nominated payment method, there is a high likelihood that there are intermediary banks that charge fees to process the payment through them and you may receive a different amount from what the casino has paid.
Can you please confirm if you received the funds.
