Unpaid winnings
I have played at Bronze casino for sometime now. However with my most recent withdrawal I am very disappointed with the service I have had. I withdrew £500 on the 16th August, after 5 days all my documents were successfully verified. From the 26th August I spoke on the online chat every day sometimes twice asking why my withdrawal was taking so long and what else did I need to do. I was assured a countless times that my withdrawal of €500 was approved and I was to wait for the money to hit my bank.
On Sunday 1st I then received an email saying that my ‘approved’ withdrawal was cancelled and that they would only be sending me €100 euros which would be in my account within the next business day.
It is now the 2nd business day and I am still without my €100. I am also disappointed that at this late stage of my withdrawal I was Misinformed and told I would only recieve €100 not the €500 that I had originally one. I am very disappointed as I was expecting this money and told everything was approved.
I would appreciate out of goodwill that you could uphold the promise of over 5 of your support team that assured me I would receive this money and it was approved. As a good customer I feel slightly betrayed that I now have been told false hopes for the past two weeks.
