Hi. I have been using Bronze casino. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told that I needed to send documents for verification, which I done and was told that all is ok.
I have now waited 7days and they have blocked my account, not responding to emails, and have failed to give me my money.
The money owed is €2200 and they just keep on robbing me off with no reasons what so ever as too why. Can you please help

Still no update. Was told that €120 euros was paid last week, which 1. Isn't the amount and 2 I never received
After this I have contacted the management team and was told that they have been having problems issuing money.
One lie after another with this casino, the reluctantcy to pay is concerning.
