Troubles with €2,200 withdrawal
Hi was lucky enough to win 2200 playing slots at Bronze casino. I made a withdrawal of 2200 euros on the 6/09/19. I got an email from Bronze Casino on the 7/09/19 requesting credit card pictures because i used to different cards whilst playing slots on the 6/09/19. I sent the credit card pictures. When speaking to chat support they said they hadn't received them so I sent the pictures again 11/09/19.
On the 13/09/19 i spoke to chat support and sent the card pictures through chat support files attached. Today 14/09/19 I received an email from bronze casino saying they have received my card pictures but they were not clear could I resend them I have done this.
Also they said if they did not receive the pictures within 3-5 days they return my winnings to my Bronze account. I pointed out I won bronze before and my card pictures back were acceptable then.
Please help me because money going back to my bronze account is of no use if can't ever make a withdrawal
