Still no payment received
The Casino have verified my phone number, have all the documentation required to process my withdrawal, have accepted it and said they sent my payment to my account. A week later payment still has not been received in my account. I have spoken to the casino near enough everyday to be told, it will be there tomorrow or in a few days. They cannot give me a specific date it will be there. Their terms and conditions state it only takes 5-7 working days for the whole withdrawal process to be complete, however this has not been the case with myself. It has now been over a week and still not complete. I spoke with their online support team this morning and received the same response, it will be in your account shortly. Can you look into this please and see if you can resolve the issue of delayed/none payment.
