Payment delayed for 120 Euro over 2wks
Hi,
On 1st of Feb I request my withdrawal of 120€ , after I've been asked to send all my documents for verification . Done that , my account has been verified ( I had to send twice same document for some reasons ) . 2 weeks later still no money on my account , I contacted "customer service " after 8-9 days and asked about my withdrawal , they said as in 2 days I will receive my money into my account .....after 2 days I contacted them again and asked what is going on , "you will receive your money very soon....as we had a technical issue ..."....I tried to explains that I'm already waiting for 2 weeks now and she simply told me "thats all what I can do at the moment and wish you good luck 😳". I think this casino is a joke and I never ever experienced such a bad/rude/unprofessional customer service .
