Payment delayed
I have been trying to make a withdrawal for over a week now.
I have had confirmation on three separate occasions (in emails) that my payment will be made and then the next day I receive an email from the finance team saying additional documents are required.
They firstly accepted my Id, bank card and utility bill. Then I received an email saying that BIC/ and IBAN was required. I sent them that.
The next day they said this wasn’t correct as they needed my bank name and account number on one document. I sent them a screen shot of my online bank account, inc. account number, sort code, my name, my BIC, my IBAN. Everything that was required. I still haven’t been paid.
Please help as I am owed €1329.64.
