Bronze Casino - Overdue withdrawal

Hi I made a withdrawal of 1100 euro on 23 rd of October. My account was verified and withdrawal approved on 29 th October. After several daily e mails to agents and to finance( who have never replied to any ) I am still waiting for my payment. Seems agents can only advise and can’t seem to get through to finance. . I speak to agent s everyday for the last 2 weeks and keep getting advised my money is approved and will be paid soon . Was told today by 1 agent my money was transferred today checked with bank no money , spoke with another agent in afternoon she said it was not paid in . Fed up getting lied to .
