Hi, I initially made a withdrawal request of 1000€ on the 10thof January eventually verified and approved on the 17th of January, but I have heard nothing since. I have emailed them a few times but had no response. It really shouldn't take so long to sort out and the lack of response is very worrying. Thanks for your help in the matter.
