I had a withdrawal of €1732 approved on 04/11/19 and had emails to prove that they had approved it and now 5 business days on I still haven’t received my payment, each time i speak to live chat all they keep saying is ‘you will be paid very soon’ and that is it. I even asked what sort of time limits it should take on withdrawals and they couldn’t answer me which was quite concerning.
