Delayed withdrawal with no information from finance team
I have a withdraw pending of 5000 euro. I was called by the staff for personal information to confirm my identity. They told me that i received an email from the finance departement of bronzecasino, But i didn't received nothing in my inbox or spam.I made contact with the bronze casino chat and they told me we are gonna send it again.But one week so far stil didn't received any email or net information about the progress of my withdraw?.
