Delayed withdrawal now 11 days
Made a withdrawal request on 8th Jan. Sent in drivers licence, utility bill, bank statement and bank details. Also had phone call for mobile verification. Kept being asked to send bank details amd sent at least 4 times. Then they canceled the withdrawal. This was after around 25 emails.
Went on live chat and agent checked with finance and said the account was now fully verified. He resubmityes the withdrawal himself and said it would definitely, definitely, definitely be processed this Friday (17th) or over the weekend.
Then received email in Saturday asking for bank details and phone verification. Replied explaining all the above and no response.
Looks like continued attempts to avoid payment. Now 11 days after I made the withdrawal
