Delayed verification and thus withdrawal
As per the attached picture - I submitted a withdrawal request on 31/8/2019, I then received an email asking for verification documents on 1/9/2019 - I instantly emailed the relevant documents. According to the email asking for the details it stated that they will continue to review the account upon receipt. I have spoken with live chat everyday since in order to ascertain a timeframe, I have had a number of excuses such as an email malfunction which causes them to not be able to verify yet when I speak to other live chat operators that doesn't seem to be the case, Each day it is stated that the account will be verified on that particular day and as such the withdrawal will then go through the correct process, however each day I'm then told the same. I have tried to email and find out the status but I don't get replied to, I am hoping that using this route I will be able to get this situation solved
