Your gameplay shows that you commenced your gameplay on video slots and at 3/6/2020 12:26:22 PM (casino time)
you switched to a game of roulette - a table game. Bets made on table games are not allowed since there is a bonus attached to your gameplay.

They have obviously deliberately placed these games in this section for the exactly this situation, to withhold winnings. I went on to wager thousands after this initial roulette spin and was not even where the bulk of my winnings came from and now they have taken my money away from me. This website had scam written all over it.
