I have been playing a few weeks, I have a made a withdrawal of €100. I’ve been on live chat several times and had the phone call to verify and all my documents accepted. They keep telling 5 business days and it’s been 2 weeks. They don’t seem to be paying me out. I would now like to be paid out as they have had more than enough time to do this.

I received funds In my bank account this morning. I’m very frustrated about this as I really liked some of the different games they had. They are just not trustworthy to pay out. I wouldn’t mind so much if they were realistic and honest about timescales. But when you go on chat and they keep saying 5 days and one occasion told me it would be credited last Sunday you just lose faith. For this reason I will be closing my account and never playing with this casino again.

Still no response and still not paid out??? Are you a fraudulent website?? It would seem so as you take money and then don’t pay out.

I’ve played many online casinos and never known anything like this. Now it’s with a 3rd payment processor??? How many you got 100??? There’s no valid reason why this has taken so long.
