Delayed payment GBP 150 over 20 days
My withdrawal was made on 3rd February. MY ID was verified on the 6th feb and the withdrawal was approved and manager approved on 9th feb.
Everyday since this i have been speaking to their support on chat and they have not confirmed when it will be paid. They keep just saying it will be soon. Everytime they speak to their finance team they cant confirm a date for payment. I am concerned they have payment difficulties and holding back money. Their customer support has been terrible and been asking me about how i have been and about the weather rather than having any idea whats happening with payment. £150 withdrawal.
