Delayed Payment and Approval
I joined this Casino in early January 2020 and deposited 2 x £50. I won and opted to withdraw €369.90. When I signed up I didn’t opt for any bonuses as I don’t like the inflated wagering requirements.
On 24th January 2020 I requested a refund of €369.90 and began the withdrawal process. I promptly provided ALL the information they requested, bank statement, proof of address, front and back of debit card etc. They confirmed my documents were complete and then moved me forward to receive a verification phone call. The phone call went ahead and the withdrawal has been in ‘Pending’ ever since.
I went to their online chat on Friday 31st January and was told I’d receive the money by no later than 04/02/2020 however, it’s still not been paid and is still in ‘Pending’.
I spoke via their online chat again this morning and was told that they still haven’t approved it and couldn’t tell me when the money is being paid. I’m not getting any definitive answers from them and am waiting for €369.90!!!!
