Made a withdrawl of €850 on the 23rd, was told it was being processed, then a day later asked to provide docs, which I did, 24 hours later I was told I’d need a verification phone call, which I did, i was then told it would take 24 hours, 24 hours on still nothing, I went on live chat and they just palmed me off saying that they didn’t know how long it would take
