Delayed €500 payment
I won 500 euros on the 7 th December and received an email to say I needed to verify my account I sent all documents they asked for but this took over four days as they would not reply to my emails I had to go on live chat every day at least four to five times been told all different things one saying my account is verified and winnings were on the way to another saying it wasn’t verified it’s seems they just don’t want to pay out and put so many obstructions in the way of people receiving their winnings I have been on live chat once again today after been told my account was verified yesterday to the chat man saying have you sent all documents ??! So quite obviously he was not looking into my account like he said as it stands the money is still sitting in the casino account and I have no clue as to when I will receive this money or if I will receive it at all please could you help as they totally ignore all emails you send to finance and support I have never experienced a site like this and after reading all the reviews I’m gobsmacked it’s still allowed to trade
