Submitted the withdrawal for £454 on the 5th January it was approved on the 18th . I was sent an email on the 18th saying it was approved and now they are saying there is a problem with bank transfer. Even though they promised me it would be in Last week . I have been lied to on several occasions and given wrong information over and over again

I have attached a screenshot of the email stating that my withdrawal was a success .this was for the amount of €533 . Please can you explain why the withdrawal was accepted for that amount but now has changed all of a sudden. Thankyou

I wasn't aware that there was contested winnings . The €533 withdrawal that was made on the 5th was approved by yourselves . I received an email on the 18th to say the withdrawal of €533 was successful . Now all of a sudden the amount has changed. When I submitted a message yesterday on here I put the amount in great British pounds and not euros . Why was I not notified about the amount of the withdrawal and why was €533 approved.
