4 weeks all in for a withdrawal and still counting

Verification process was confirmed passed on 23rd July. Made a withdrawal request of €255 on 30/08/20 and this was approved 03/09/20. Still not appeared in account a week after being approved. Emailed support but no response. No reason for why it's not received, it's going back on to a card, not a bank transfer

I withdrew on the 25/08/2020 for the amount of €1600. Waited a bit with nothing happening so spoke to live chat who said I needed to give them my banking details again because I hadn’t since 2019, this is why there’s a delay. I done that via live chat and they said will be processed, but it still hasn’t been done.

I requested my withdrawal on the 7th August for the value of €2000 still to receive it on the 21st. Informed initially it should be with me in 10 working days by the online chat. Then when I chased it up once that had passed I was passed to a VIP manager who said she had requested a faster payment and it should be with me in 72 hours.

Still no sign and from tomorrow the 72 hours will be up. Starting to lose confidence that this will be sorted as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Made a withdrawal on the 3rd of August 2020 for 1250 . Sent all information required an was told to wait 10 working days for this to show in my bank . After a lot of rude an none helpful emails from my so called account manger Jill an beening told the same as lot of other people complaint about this company if you can call them thst . That my payment had bounced back an would be reissued a week ago an still no signs of the money I am owed . Stay away from this site it’s a scam

I processed a withdrawal for €750 on 3rd August 2020 and on the 6th August 2020 I received a confirmation email that my withdrawal had been processed and to allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in account.

I chased this up on the 12th August just to ask when it was paid. I was informed that my payment was paid out and had bounced back.
I was advised that Finance will be reissuing an additional wire for 750 euros and to allow another 3-5 business days.

On 18th August 2020 I again chased this up with the team just to clarify what day my wire payment was made as I had still not received the funds into my account.

I received a response back from Jill the clubs account manager advising that they are hoping I will be paid today but she was waiting for authorization.
My withdrawal has been fast tracked whatever that meant but was waiting for the finance department to open and process her request.

I was somewhat confused by this email but assumed that as she advised my withdrawal would be fast tracked and they were hoping to pay me that day that the funds will appear in my account.

To my disappointment I was advised that my payment was never re-issued as advised in the email dated the 12th August and I received no emails from Bronze Casino advising me of the delay. I was again told that my payment bounced back and that they were trying to re-issue my payment and to again allow 3-5 business days.

I emailed back advising of my sheer disappointment and asked how to raise a complaint, however this information was not forthcoming.

However today 19th August 2020 I received an email advising that the following “ There seems to be an issue with our bank system.
We will credit you your winnings ASAP once its its fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we pay you, you will be notified as fast as possible.

I want the casino to come pay me my winnings I am just being told conflicting information, no clear clarity when I email. An appalling casino that are clearly delaying paying out their customers.

After being with this casino for 9 months, I’ve just realised why I have never withdrawn before. Last year I submitted my verification details twice, I was asked a few weeks ago, all sent.
Now Sunday night, so we are on day 6 I still haven’t confirmation of my withdrawal. I submitted everything required In 1 email on 21st, for them to come back to me on 23rd to say they needed the info I already sent 2days ago again. So i sent again. They sent an email yet again the same day, asking for info I had just again sent that morning. I received an email saying they had all my documentation, and it will go to the relevant department for verification.
I looked on my account yesterday and saw my withdrawal is still sat there and able to cancel. Spoke to chat who said the verification process has been met and I will get my money soon. I asked her to remove the option where I could cancel. (Still not done)
Got an email today asking for all verification details I have already sent many many times.
I just want my money within the 5 days their terms advises.
Where is my money please, and why do u keep requesting documents I have sent time and time again.

I can't verify my account. I've sent all the required documentation and was advised on 20th June that all documents had passed verification process. Last night customer care agent on chat told me they didn't have the file and to send again then said they are invalid as there's no zip code on them. I have copies of all correspondence and chats. I have a pending withdrawal of 1300 euros.

I closed my account with Bronze some months ago but continue to receive unwanted sms messages.
Initially I was told by support that it must be a technical glitch, but I suspect they are coming from affiliates, the messages have continued despite sending numerous screenshots and messages to Bronze support who I are not even bothering to respond.

My withdrawal was approved on the 1st April ‘20 to which I have email confirmation/proof. As per the T&Cs I waited 5 days before trying to contact the Finance department by email to see where my money was to no avail, they seem to be ignoring me. Ive been in touch with the chat service on the website who aren’t much help, they keep telling me I have to send in the same bank statement relating to my card which I have done via email to the finance department and through the chat service on 5+ separate occasions now. On the 9th of April I spoke with the chat service again which I’ve attached the transcript of asking where my money was they tried telling me I needed to send in the same documents again. They eventually confirmed the finance department had all relevant docs. After not receiving the money again I contacted them on the 13th where I was once again told the same story that I needed to send in this bank statement. I’ve now sent in countless times. I reluctantly did so AGAIN and was told they would process it. Frankly I don’t believe a word they say now and would appreciate some help in trying to to resolve the matter.
