12 days without getting my withdrawal
On the 13th October I completed a withdrawal of €401.50. I have attached a screen shot confirming this.
On the 15th October, I received a second email confirming the withdrawal had been approved, it proved a transaction number. I have attached a screen shot for reference.
I have sent one email every day for the past 5 days and I have not received one single response. I have telephoned and calls are not connecting. The only communication I have had is through chat, and as you can see in the attachment on the 19th October I was advised that payment (confirmed on the 15th should take no longer than 5 days).
Finally, I have experienced an identical issue previously. I have attached confirmation of payment also as this confirms that there are no further identification requirements.
I trust this is sufficient.
