About 5 days ago, I won $5200 betting on sports. That night, I submitted a withdrawal request with the expectation that it would be complete and in my bitcoin wallet the next day.

12 hours later and I get an email saying my account has been temporarily disabled. WHAT!?!? Note that this is the largest sum I’ve attempted to withdraw, and now my account has been disabled!? I immediately got on live chat with a bovada agent and spoke with a supervisor, to which they were no help at all - just telling me they can’t provide any info and to wait 24-48 hours. They couldn’t even tell me WHY my account was disabled in the first place, which I still have no idea the reason.

Fast forward 2 days later, and I still have no update and haven’t heard a peep from bovada, account still disabled. I get on chat with another agent, to which they tell me literally the exact same thing - “wait 24-48 hours and that they could not provide any info.”

So basically it seems that this is just going to carry on with live agents continually telling me to wait 24-48 hours while they lock me out of over $5000 sitting in my disabled account. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and hard to wrap my head around. I have been a loyal customer to them for years. I absolutely DO NOT advise anyone to use Bovada.

Bovada will certainly just reply to this telling me to wait while my account is disabled, as they do to everyone, because somehow they think it is reasonable to lock people out of their accounts with thousands of dollars in there and act normal about it. Another reason why i would never recommend using Bovada, and have already been trying to spread word about how poorly I have been treated. I can only hope Bovada would resolve this in a timely fashion seeing as I'm a single father of two and have to support my family. Lets pray!

Kindly note that should the affected casino operator fail to respond to your complaint within the allocated timeframe of 96 hours, the case will be closed as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Wow who wouldve guessed? Same thing I've been hearing for the past week while you guys lock me out of my account with a 5k balance ansd absolutely no explanation. Complete theft. You need to make this right and fix it now, maybe even credit me with some free play. It's been over a week, fix it. This is no way to treat your loyal customers.

Bovada, I got an email that my withdrawal request was declined, and now my account is still disabled. I tried talking to a customer service agent and they offered no explanation. You guys are simply stealing 5k. Please tell me how to get this resolved I cant even believe this is happening and nobody is offering any help getting my account back at all
