Account disabled after withdrawal request of 722 dollars
On 1/30/23 I requested a payout for 722 dollars. Within hours i received a email saying my account was disabled due to a “duplicate signup” And that my withdrawal request has been denied. The withdrawal request is a fraction of what I have deposited and I never had any “duplicate sign up” issues until I requested a payout. After several emails and having trouble getting help, I was finally told by a live agent to send photos of my Id and also a picture of me next to my Id for verification, along with a note in the email saying I want to switch emails from the original one they said I signed up with, to the one I have been making all my wagers on. A live agent said wait 24-48 hours and I did just that. It has been past the time frame and I have contacted the live agent countless times and still no resolve. I had to waste time and gas traveling to Reno so I can place wagers, which is frustrating because betting online is much easier. I would like this issue fixed Quickly so I can start betting again. Why say 24-48 hour timeframe if it’s going to be longer? I am extremely upset that after the thousands I have spent on this website, I get treated this poorly.
