First of all I would like to make a report on the promotion of a newly launched common wallet a few days ago. I have made a new deposit on 16 June based on the history I have provided. Minumum for first deposit common wallet entitles a bonus is RM220 and must reach the required bet. I have deposited more than RM220 is Rm400 from what is required by the conditions and reach the required bet. The bonus should be calculated and accepted on the next day as in terms and conditions. But I did not receive a bonus with my first deposit ground was on 14 march 2018 of RM40 which was a question mark why my first deposit count was calculated from 14 march 2018 while the new common wallet was launched a few days ago. If the common wallet is an old wallet then it should be stated in terms and conditions. And why there must be two first deposit promotions while still following a long promotion. As if I had imagined a common wallet was a promo that was launched there was nothing to do with the other and was not published in the proper terms. I also told CS the next day but he asked me to wait up to more than 24 hours to count, but not any bonuses I received.

The second is about midfield level 'dafagoal plan game' bonus, I have reached the level of 1st casino level. At the 4th stage of the arcade I played on 16th I had received a bonus of 17 june of RM50, On 17 June I played "voidbridge games" and reached level 3 to qualify for the bonus. But when examined on the 18th of June I did not receive any bonus as it would in terms of terms I would receive after attaining the required mininum betting. I include proof that I have played 17 june on you. The party can check the history of betting on my total betting more than what is required under the terms. I have received a badge but did not receive a credit bonus. After complaining to CS, when I tried to check him what page promotion I received was page declined for respond, I provided screenshot proof. I deposit for bonuses, I have not won any win, but now my bonus seems to be confusing when I just follow the terms and conditions.

Another thing about a notification that can not be kept after being received or seen, is a problem when checking for anything that was previously received, When attaching evidence there is always a weakness when it can not check back, it always takes advantage of it. It is up to the askgamblers to judge for themselves, I want to show you a lot of disagreements about the bonuses that are freed but do not have much access due to the lack of transparency.

While talking with CS, seems like to many staff and to many department working on this casino, The CS always like do not know nothing, they are making costumer keep on waiting and asking question repeatly and sometimes they are pass to another CS but nothing can be resolve. The complain has been review and published but no respond and resolve immietiedly from them, What kind of bully it's ? Do you know sometimes u doing wrong but pretend nothing happen...

Deposit and withdrawal Issue
I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet Sports account (Username: SREEDHARMISHRA1).

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. These issues have been unresolved for more than six months, despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance.
