Blocked my account and won't pay my winnings due to unproven accusations


Dear AskGamblers!
After a big win, the Bonanza Game Casino has blocked my account, so as not to pay the winnings and fraudulently grab my money. The Bonanza blocked the account without any explanation, they say that the security service made a decision, but they do not provide any evidence of guilt. I won in this casino not small amount of money, almost 14 thousands (screenshot 1). After that, my account was blocked. Then the Casino started to ignore me or simply answer with standard phrases.
After the filing the complaints on different forums, whole next week they were checking an information and even then they just provided some shaded picture (screenshot 2) and said that this is the proof. It's just some kind of unintelligibility screenshot, where all the information was painted in red. It can be a screenshot from some cheapest program that considers two formulas and by default after "логин 2" writes 100 or more percent.
I was wrongfully accused of using account, the login of which they did not want to show. If they state that it is my account, why are they undisclosing the login?
In my opinion if the Bonanza was so sure that I brake their rules they would provide evidence at once, and not a week after the complaint was filed.
But they blocked an account immediately after the win, and this red picture was given 10 days later after the blocking.
But the most important thing is that my computer at this time (the 2nd and 3rd of March), when the casino found coincidence in hardware computer parameters, was turned off and did not work at all (screenshot 3).
After I sent the screenshot, as a proof that the computer was turned off, they did not respond to me and began to ignore my questions even more ..
A representative person from the casino answers very rarely and only to secondary questions, which are not so important to me and can’t clarify the situation.
Any self-respecting casino, if it really has evidence, will provide the player with proofs before the player will signs everything on the forums so as not to spoil it reputation. But there is no evidence and the casino just wants to take my money fraudulently.
I ask the AskGamblers to help me to prove my right and get my money back.

The user Romana1301 violated the Bonanzagame Terms and Conditions, namely:

1. General Provisions.
The player mustn't provide his Account to third parties and allow anyone to participate in the game through his Account. Only one account for real money playing belongs to a single physical person.

3. Player Account.
Each player has the right to create one personal Account. Only one account can be created for one residence, IP address or one computer. If the Player attempts to create more than one account, all of these accounts may be blocked or closed, and any bets canceled. All refunds, winnings or bonuses that the Player received during the game with duplicate accounts will be canceled and requested by us, after which the Player is obliged to return Bonanza Game Casino all the funds that have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If the player wants to create a new account, he can do so by contacting our manager at suppor­t@b­ona­nza­gam­e.com. Once the new account is created, the previous one will be closed. If the Player has noticed he has more than one account, he must immediately notify Bonanza Game Casino about this. If the Player refused to do this, he should expect his account to be blocked.

We assume that the purpose of multi-account creating is based on the abuse of BonanzaGame's bonus policy, since all deposits were made with a promo-code.

I am still waiting when the casino will contact me. Three days ago The Bonanza wrote here that it will contact me the soonest. But unfortunately I didn't recieve any phone call or e-mail letter.

Unfairly confiscating €3701 and lying about terms
On the 25th of April I received a promotion to my inbox which made me recall that I had a Bonanzagame account. I logged in and made a €100 deposit (not claiming any offer). Played for a couple of hours and eventually ran it up to €3801 that I requested a withdrawal for.

I started submitting verification documents that were approved. However, later in the day I received an e-mail saying that players from Sweden aren't accepted to play due to the new swedish regulations and my account has been closed and deposit refunded.

This is not correct and it's perfectly fine to allow swedes to play as long as it's not in Swedish krona and that they're not targeting swedish players with their marketing/language. I was playing in Euros and in the english language. They have also sent me around 100 promotions this year and my account was fully open and deposits activated and my account has been registered in/from Sweden the whole time - which makes it a great coincidence that after 100 days into the new year, only after my considerable win are Swedes forbidden to play.

I have obviously made a stir about this and will continue doing so, through all means at my disposal, but the most incriminating thing in all this is that on Friday they actually had the audacity to link me to their terms saying that sweden hasn't been allowed since January - despite a simple google cache search shows that Sweden wasn't in the forbidden list as late as last week.

3 months later they still didn't pay me

I requested my withdrawal from this casino back in November after winning a big amount. They requested a bunch of documents , which I sent. It took me 2 month just to verify my account because I had to follow up on them through email and live chat. I had to post a complaint to an online website because they won't reply to my emails. After many weeks they started emailing me again and now my account is fully verified but they won't pay me! They told me "funds have been paid" but they did not send the funds!

I keep on contacting them through live chat and said I should email [email protected] but finance never replied!They said they paid it but I never received it! It has been almost more than 3 months and still he casino owes me missing payment €9,519.67.
