Wont pay winnings
I won and requested a withdrawal on April 22. On the 24th I checked the status and it said “flushed.” I inquired and was told that meant approved and would pay soon. A couple days later I inquired again and was told to wait three business days, but they would contact finance and escalate issue. Couple days later I was told it would pay soon. The next time I asked I was told that it had only been a couple of business days and it would pay after three and he told me my other inquiries were never escalated because there was no need. I waited a couple days and again was told it would be escalated. It has now been 10 days, I inquired again and was told they don’t know why it hasn’t paid, but they will escalate. I responded it had supposedly been escalated four times already with no word. A supervisor can only and promised she would inquire and let me know. I waited all day and never heard from them again. They said I can’t do anything or talk to finance myself. I’ve been lied to several times and told various lies as to why they haven’t paid me. Their policy is three business days, it’s been at least six or seven and no indication that any payment will be paid to me.
