Patiently waiting for this withdrawal to see light in my account
The casino experience was positive at first. I had no issues making deposits, claiming certain bonuses, paying fees, and using the free spins offered. I initially deposited by credit card, then later through Bitcoin. However, once I started the withdrawal process, additional terms and “fine print” began being mentioned, even though I could not clearly locate those terms myself.
I submitted my withdrawal request and completed all required verification steps well in advance. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up through Live Chat and email support, but I keep receiving the same general responses without any real progress. I first contacted support at the beginning of the week, followed up again at the end of the week, and also reached out to Live Chat several times in between.
I have been waiting for my withdrawal since April 28, 2026. I was told the payment was pushed to “flush status,” but it has remained there for more than two weeks. Each response I receive says the payment will take another 3–5 business days to process, but I have already been told this approximately five times.
At this point, I am only trying to receive my $600 withdrawal, and the repeated delays and unclear communication have been very frustrating. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that my withdrawal be processed immediately.
