I have three pending payments that have not been paid out

Is like to file a complaint against Black Lotus Casino. I have three pending payments that have not been payed out. The oldest dated 4/8/2026. I have tried multiple times to get a set date on when my winnings would be deposited but I am not given one. All the agents that I've contacted online as well as the emails I've received say the same thing. " Congratulations on my win and that the withdrawal is in flushed status and is being reviewed by the finance department n will soon be deposited. I have tried by all means to see if I can get a deposit date but no date is given .

I have the screen the screenshots where I've contacted live agents as well as the emails sent from the casino team all apologizing for the delay and that not to worry the deposit will go through once finalized. I just need to know where I can upload the screenshot. Thank you very much. Please reach out with what else I can do or send so I can have the casino release my winnings. Thank you

Hello and good afternoon. Id like to announce that Black Lotus Casino has deposited the winnings that we're owed to me. Id like to thank the casino for making good on their word of depositing my winnings. Id like to especialy thank ASKGAMBLERS for contacting the casino on my behalf regarding my delayed payments. You guys ate awesome. There Is no pending payouts by the casino that Is owed to me so I now consider this case closed.

Dragging their feet on my $1,500 withdrawal request

On April 08th of this year, (last week), I was in Florida meeting my in-laws for the first time and i searched for real money online casinos and found the black lotus casino. I deposited 90 dollars worth of bitcoin and i HIT 1800 on the stampede game. I did not claim any bonus so the 1800 was won strictly on my 90 dollar deposit. I immediately withdrew 1500 in bitcoin to my personal wallet. I got what I can only assume was an automated congratulatory email response from the black lotus casino requesting my KYC details. They wanted my id my proof of address and a pic of my debit card which i thought was weird seeing as it was strictly a bitcoin transaction no debit card was used.

So i explained my situation about living in Texas but physically being in Pensacola Florida. I sent the front and back of my Texas ID I sent in a pic of my debit card to my bbva bank account that is also registered to the same address as my id, and i sent in a pic of my boarding pass and flight itenerary. I was so excited having heard from them so soon i figured the payout would be quick. Until i went the first 48 hours without so much as an acknowledgement that they received my KYC.

I could not get them to answer me on the live chat option or any of my emails.... I even tried calling at least a half dozen times and got nothing but an answering machine. I had the money back up to 1200 a few times over the next 3 days and would have cashed it out had the black lotus casino responded to me at all.

So over the next couple days i searched for another casino and found the lucky creek casino which i did not know at the time but is a sister casino to the black lotus. So i was able to get their live chat team to answer and i told them my situation and after 3 hours of 3 or 4 different chat agents and a day and half of pursuing it i finally got them to have the black lotus casino call me. They verified my account and told me the payment would be processed with in 48 hours.

it has been the 48 hours and my withdrawal is listed as complete but i have not received a dime of my winnings and now neither casino will answer me. Please help me.
