I cashed out 800 on 6/16/21 and still have not got anything they won't talk to me every time I speak to them on chat they disconnect the call see screenshot I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and nobody can tell me why it has not been approved. I sent screenshot of the email after I cashed out and one of my many attempts to contact support thru chat and email. Please help I was told 3 to 4 business days at max. It far past that. I have tried everything to get them to tell me why I have not gotten my winnings. Thank you.

Here is what was said just now said my time limit was up on cash out. I had to submit new cash out of 700.00

So every single day this last week I have emailed and got on their chat. Never do they talk just automatic messages about winning a car or something. Today I logged in my winnings were put back into my playing account and can't withdraw see screen shot I did nothing wrong this is only casino not paying I deposited thousands in there game and they won't pay me 800 please help
