Still not processing my $800 withdrawal

I cashed out 800 on 6/16/21 and still have not got anything they won't talk to me every time I speak to them on chat they disconnect the call see screenshot I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and nobody can tell me why it has not been approved. I sent screenshot of the email after I cashed out and one of my many attempts to contact support thru chat and email. Please help I was told 3 to 4 business days at max. It far past that. I have tried everything to get them to tell me why I have not gotten my winnings. Thank you.

So every single day this last week I have emailed and got on their chat. Never do they talk just automatic messages about winning a car or something. Today I logged in my winnings were put back into my playing account and can't withdraw see screen shot I did nothing wrong this is only casino not paying I deposited thousands in there game and they won't pay me 800 please help

Patiently waiting for this withdrawal to see light in my account

The casino experience was positive at first. I had no issues making deposits, claiming certain bonuses, paying fees, and using the free spins offered. I initially deposited by credit card, then later through Bitcoin. However, once I started the withdrawal process, additional terms and “fine print” began being mentioned, even though I could not clearly locate those terms myself.

I submitted my withdrawal request and completed all required verification steps well in advance. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up through Live Chat and email support, but I keep receiving the same general responses without any real progress. I first contacted support at the beginning of the week, followed up again at the end of the week, and also reached out to Live Chat several times in between.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since April 28, 2026. I was told the payment was pushed to “flush status,” but it has remained there for more than two weeks. Each response I receive says the payment will take another 3–5 business days to process, but I have already been told this approximately five times.

At this point, I am only trying to receive my $600 withdrawal, and the repeated delays and unclear communication have been very frustrating. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that my withdrawal be processed immediately.

I have three pending payments that have not been paid out

Is like to file a complaint against Black Lotus Casino. I have three pending payments that have not been payed out. The oldest dated 4/8/2026. I have tried multiple times to get a set date on when my winnings would be deposited but I am not given one. All the agents that I've contacted online as well as the emails I've received say the same thing. " Congratulations on my win and that the withdrawal is in flushed status and is being reviewed by the finance department n will soon be deposited. I have tried by all means to see if I can get a deposit date but no date is given .

I have the screen the screenshots where I've contacted live agents as well as the emails sent from the casino team all apologizing for the delay and that not to worry the deposit will go through once finalized. I just need to know where I can upload the screenshot. Thank you very much. Please reach out with what else I can do or send so I can have the casino release my winnings. Thank you

60 Days of excuses

I am formally warning all players to stay away from Black Lotus Casino. I have a pending withdrawal from March 17th—nearly two months ago—and the only response I receive from support is System Error or bank error each time I ask for a withdrawal again. I have asked about the alternative payout again and an excuse about the finance department handling.

Let’s be clear: A "system error" does not last for eight weeks. This is a deliberate withholding of funds from a clean cash deposit. I have no active bonuses, I have cleared all KYC verification, and my account is fully eligible for payout.

By claiming a "system error" for 60 days, Black Lotus is essentially admitting their platform is either insolvent or fundamentally broken. Either way, they are currently in possession of my money and are refusing to return it.

Wont pay winnings

I won and requested a withdrawal on April 22. On the 24th I checked the status and it said “flushed.” I inquired and was told that meant approved and would pay soon. A couple days later I inquired again and was told to wait three business days, but they would contact finance and escalate issue. Couple days later I was told it would pay soon. The next time I asked I was told that it had only been a couple of business days and it would pay after three and he told me my other inquiries were never escalated because there was no need. I waited a couple days and again was told it would be escalated. It has now been 10 days, I inquired again and was told they don’t know why it hasn’t paid, but they will escalate. I responded it had supposedly been escalated four times already with no word. A supervisor can only and promised she would inquire and let me know. I waited all day and never heard from them again. They said I can’t do anything or talk to finance myself. I’ve been lied to several times and told various lies as to why they haven’t paid me. Their policy is three business days, it’s been at least six or seven and no indication that any payment will be paid to me.

I would like to have my withdrawal as quickly as possible

Starting on 5/18 to make a withdrawal it was reversed 5 times before being accepted by casino only due to I had to open an account with one of their listed banks even though my bank did accept international transfers. It was processed on 6/9 and approved on 6/12 for $1000 casino claims for it to be 7-10 business days which would have been 6/27.

The account I had opened was closed by the bank but bank stated transfer would return back to casino. If it takes 7-10 business days it should be in my casino account by 7/11.

I've asked the casino for the MT103 to trace the transfer to show i never received it they haven't been able to produce it.

I believe that is how the scam is done they make you open an account with their approved banks and then bank closes it and the casino keeps your money. I would like to have my withdrawal and as quickly as possible.

Black Lotus Fraud

I hit a jackpot for $10k on a loyalty reward bonus game. The games while pending tell the bonus amount, playthrough and maximum cash out on the bonuses page. 2 minutes after I hit I get a random email saying max cashouts on every bonus they have is 150. I had checked just before playing and have had dozens of bonuses just like this one. They wouldn't even acknowledge having a section that displays the max cashout on pending bonus but I have a screenshot of it. They just went into repetitive nonsense when confronted. They owe me about 5500 dollars. They did this before when I hit 20k on a machine and changed the amount I could cash out from 10k to 3500 a week. That time I didn't have the screenshot. It can't be both 150 and unlimited. Period

Dragging their feet on my $1,500 withdrawal request

On April 08th of this year, (last week), I was in Florida meeting my in-laws for the first time and i searched for real money online casinos and found the black lotus casino. I deposited 90 dollars worth of bitcoin and i HIT 1800 on the stampede game. I did not claim any bonus so the 1800 was won strictly on my 90 dollar deposit. I immediately withdrew 1500 in bitcoin to my personal wallet. I got what I can only assume was an automated congratulatory email response from the black lotus casino requesting my KYC details. They wanted my id my proof of address and a pic of my debit card which i thought was weird seeing as it was strictly a bitcoin transaction no debit card was used.

So i explained my situation about living in Texas but physically being in Pensacola Florida. I sent the front and back of my Texas ID I sent in a pic of my debit card to my bbva bank account that is also registered to the same address as my id, and i sent in a pic of my boarding pass and flight itenerary. I was so excited having heard from them so soon i figured the payout would be quick. Until i went the first 48 hours without so much as an acknowledgement that they received my KYC.

I could not get them to answer me on the live chat option or any of my emails.... I even tried calling at least a half dozen times and got nothing but an answering machine. I had the money back up to 1200 a few times over the next 3 days and would have cashed it out had the black lotus casino responded to me at all.

So over the next couple days i searched for another casino and found the lucky creek casino which i did not know at the time but is a sister casino to the black lotus. So i was able to get their live chat team to answer and i told them my situation and after 3 hours of 3 or 4 different chat agents and a day and half of pursuing it i finally got them to have the black lotus casino call me. They verified my account and told me the payment would be processed with in 48 hours.

it has been the 48 hours and my withdrawal is listed as complete but i have not received a dime of my winnings and now neither casino will answer me. Please help me.

Refused to honor withdrawal due to unjustified accusations

They refused to honor my withdrawal of $400 saying I did a violation saying I have two accounts but what's so funny is that they trying say that the second one is in a guy's name which doesn't make sense cause I'm clearly not a guy and how would I cash out if I won have to show proof of identity!! They just don't want to pay cause didn't come up with this stuff until I verified everything and was time to pay I even asked them to show me proof of this guy and refused

i still didn't received my withdrawal.. fisrt my verification for withdrawing wasn't completed, nothing bad i send them the documents they asked and an opertor in chat said the problem was fixed my pending time of 72hours was passed and i would receive my winnings in the next 96 hours.. now we're about 2 weeks further and the livechat won't answer me anymore, there was a message i'd have to send a mail i did send them 2 mails and never received an answer...

Stalling deposits refund

Recently i made a deposit of $900 using my visa card in black lotus casino without any bonus. I made a $500 profit and request my cheque for $1400. I submitted by documents and did not hear anything from them even after one week from my withdrawal request. When i called their customer service they said that i have dispute with one of their sister casinos. (Yes i did dispute with one of their casinos earlier for $100 due confusion with merchant name in my credit card statement) Later i tried to resolve that but they did not take $100 back and closed my account. My concern is they should have not allowed to make me to deposit my money in their casino if they had some problem with me. They took my deposits and told below points. I am not eligible to take a single dollar profit from what i earned fair and square (I had a long discussion with them about their terms and decided to leave my profits) and close my account with them. They said my original deposits will be credited back to my card in 3 to 5 business days. Its almost ten business days and is still do not see a penny credited to my account. Who can help me to get my original deposits back. Every time i call them they repeat same thing that it will be refunded.
