I am formally warning all players to stay away from Black Lotus Casino. I have a pending withdrawal from March 17th—nearly two months ago—and the only response I receive from support is System Error or bank error each time I ask for a withdrawal again. I have asked about the alternative payout again and an excuse about the finance department handling.
Let’s be clear: A "system error" does not last for eight weeks. This is a deliberate withholding of funds from a clean cash deposit. I have no active bonuses, I have cleared all KYC verification, and my account is fully eligible for payout.
By claiming a "system error" for 60 days, Black Lotus is essentially admitting their platform is either insolvent or fundamentally broken. Either way, they are currently in possession of my money and are refusing to return it.
