Bitcoin Withdrawal processing past stated time frame


I joined up and played a "No Deposit" bonus in October. I completed the wagering requirement and made a $100 withdrawal request in November . I then submitted verification documents and my withdrawal was approved on Nov. 21st. It has now been 17 calendar and 13 business days with no indication of when it will be paid except "sometime soon". via chat. Since I've seen the Slot Madness rep being responsive and on top of things, I figured I'd try this approach instead of getting "sometime soon" over the chat for the next few weeks.
