RS 5000 Debited from Account and not credited in Gaming account
On January 14, 2024, I deposited ₹5,000 into my BC Game account using a UPI transaction. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but they have not been credited to my game account.
I have submitted over five support tickets within the game, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Furthermore, the response times from the in-game support team are unacceptably slow, ranging from 1 to 3 hours.
As third-party UPI transactions are generally irreversible in India, the casino support team initially assured me that the funds would be refunded within seven days. However, it has been more than eight days, and I have yet to receive the funds in either my game account or my bank account.
To further complicate the matter, my support ticket on the casino's Discord server has also been ignored.
I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this issue and assist me in finding a resolution.
