I made a deposit on 29 November 2024 , the payment showed success and money was deducted from my bank account but bc didn't credit it in my game. I contacted their live support they created a ticket which got failed after sometime . Below is the detail of the transaction

Please provide the order number, bank statement from the date of transaction to today, and a video proof. Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected]. Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.
Steps to follow for video proof:
1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.
2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.
3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.
4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.
5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.
6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.
7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.
8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.

Dear askgamblers you can yourself check that the official bank app of JK grameen bank has announced it on their website that a user can access the record of only 10 recent transactions and for the whole record statement is accepted as legal record. I provided the bc game the video recording of both my Paytm app through which transaction was made and also the video of my bank app where it is also recorded that how I downloaded my bank account statement. But they are making excuses that I need to send the video of recent transactions in bank app but our bank app is showing only 10 recent transactions. I will attach the the screenshot of official bank website where they mention it that a user can get the record of only 10 recent transactions in transaction history

Dear askgamblers I told you our bank supports only the record 10 recent transactions, I have sent you how I downloaded my bank account statement and every transaction is there. Now don't make excuses I provided every proof to you and also to Ask Gamblers . It is clearly shown on the official site of my bank that only the record of 10 recent transactions can be found in transaction history for all other transactions statement is taken authentic.
Now don't make excuses or provide ask Gamblers the statement of the merchant they will decide whether my transaction is genuine or not

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for us or any other services. Even p2p transactions require the same proofs, and it's a standard practice to follow. If the user is unable to provide the required documents, they will have to connect with their own bank and ask them for a refund.

So called registered casino, i provided you the video recording of how I downloaded my bank account statement and also showed you my latest bank statement, my bank app only shows 10 recent transactions that is not my fault.
Listen provide the bank account statement of the merchant to ask Gamblers, they will themselves check whether my deposit was successfully credited to the merchants Bank account or not
