Was advertised instant payments.

It's now been almost 24 hours. I have emailed support. Talked to live chat who told me I am in cue (without knowing how long it will be), Then my withdrawal gets canceled and required more kyc, I immediately provide the required documents. Again I am re assured that my withdrawal will complete. Never happens hours later I get an email to confirm withdrawal address I confirm it. Still nothing..

So I email support and get a congratulations response for my win but been told that they need to have the financial team verify the results (the games are provably fair so this makes no sense to me ) luckily I record my gameplay and submitted it to them as proof. Still, no withdrawal from my account in the amount of 0.2 btc still stuck pending and no one has anything to help explain it.

Support has been friendly but hasn't shown me anything regarding fixing my withdrawal.

This is 0.2 BTC over 5000 USD. Promised an instant payout and now I'm losing confidence they are legit.
