777 Casino - Withdrawal of €1,015 delayed

I have a pending withdrawal of €1,015 on my account with 777 Casino. I requested the withdrawal on 1st December 2018, they asked me for photos of cards I made deposits with and I sent them everything. After that I did not get any response whatsoever so I sent an e-mail asking when I should be expecting withdrawal as their time frame says up to 8 business days for withdrawals via bank transfer and as at today (12/12/2018) No one has responded to my e-mails and reminders. I wish if someone could help me with this as my experience with the casino has not been bad gaming wise and would love to visit again in the future but only if I know the exchange between players and the casino is fair.

Update on this;
13/12/2018 I was asked to send copies of card once again as I covered the first and last 4 numbers on my card by mistake.
I would like to keep this feed open as it took them more than a week to answer my e-mails and tell me to send card copies again.
I understand the mistake from my end and hope to receive an update from them soon.

18/12/2018; No response yet and this complaint seems to have 6 hours left before 777 Casino respond.
