I requested a withdrawal of £190 exactly 2 weeks ago, after their allotted 3 business days they contacted me to tell me that they couldn’t withdraw to my Mastercard debit card and it must be a bank transfer. Fair enough, so I went an reversed the withdrawal and requested a new one, this was on 6th March. According to their t and c’s this should have been processed by Monday this week, at the latest, but no response or update, withdrawal is still pending. I emailed them and got the standard ‘we’ll reply within 72 hours’, it’s now well past this point and no withdrawal has been processed and no reply received from my email.
