Ruby Slots Casino - Waiting 60+ days for my payouts

Been a loyal customer with VIP rep Dan ****** at Ruby for 5 years. Played a lot and always got a withdraw within 6 weeks max. But end of May I cashed out a $4500 win. Was approved for 1750 June 16 and 830 June 23, and no info on the other 1750.. Recieved 793 on july 11... Nothing else so far. I asked Dan and he says he's looking into it and had me send in a copy of my bank statement from June to today. Withdraw Dept says they know nothing, that only Dan knows. So it's kinda weird. I'm still waiting and nervous.

Hi dvsax--

First, I'm very sorry for the frustrations you're experiencing with this. I'm happy you've posted, as I'll absolutely get to the bottom of things for you.

I've taken a look at the notes on your account and I do see that you've sent the June statement in. The manager has made an additional note regarding a July statement, which I'm not exactly understanding. I need to speak with her for more clarification, which I will do, Monday when she's back in the office. Of course, I will post here, once I have clearer information for you.

I do see a $1750 payment has already been sent off. I would expect to see tracking on this, early next week. Generally, players receive payment the day after we receive tracking. As soon as I have that tracking, I will post an update.

Hang in there--I'm going to make sure everything is sorted as quickly as possible.

Thank you for the reply and service. I look forward to receiving the entire sum very soon as I would also be very discouraged if I am made to wait much longer. I will be looking for those wires or tracking numbers on Monday.

First, I think I must have misplaced my brain when I made my previous post. I stated that a check was being issued, when in fact, it was a wire that went off. I'm so sorry for the confusion with this.

Can you please check your bank account to see if the wire has reached your account yet? If it hasn't, I'm quite certain it should be there before the end of this week.

It's now Friday Aug 5. My 4500 withdraw was made end of May over 2 months ago. Trusted Ruby for 5 years, played daily, spent many times over this payout. I should be at the top of the list for processors. Dan has assured me for weeks, and it's always another week. I'd love to keep playing but I gotta get my payouts obviously. I should be getting 1750 and another 1730 this week. Also I have a 1500 withdraw that's been approved but not sent to processors. I played for many months before hitting anything. Please follow through on the bets.

Relieved to finally report that a wire was recieved this morning. So I am glad for this final outcome. I await a final $1500 withdraw that was approved but not sent to processing yet. Tawni please provide a date that you expect this to be recieved. Thanks!

I've checked with our wire manager and she's let me know that your withdrawal will be uploaded this weekend. This means you should see the wire hit your account before the end of next week. ;-)

Wire received today for 1285. 1500-(215 bonus is excluded). No wire fee this time, although my other wires were charged a fee for some unknown reason.

Tawni, I really thank you for the extra push on getting the processors to send payment. I was nervous because of the numerous delays which made me not want to play here at all anymore.

So in the future I recommend Ruby explain why processors have to take so long, and make notes in the account so that they don't promise times that wont actually happen.

I guess just figure with this casino group a withdraw will take about 6-8 weeks for the US because of processor limitations on sending money here. Good to know.
