777 Casino - After 5 days withdrawals still not processed

Won money on the 6/7 July I withdraw it then decided to play on the weekend with it won 200 so withdraw again on the 10th July won again on the 12 another 250 played 50 on the 13th and withdraw that. It's now the 15th July and my money from the 10th has still not been processed finally got hold of them about it and said it would be processed Wednesday but no it hasn't. I not been asked for any Id or anything so sent it all in yesterday to see if it would speed it up. I.m not happy at all other sites pay out on 3/4 days and that's in ur bank then 5 days later and still waiting . It does not take 2 wks to get money in bank there are quicker ways to pay u . They quick to take your money but not give it back needs sorting out

Thanks I was contacted and was told what had happened that there was a problem with the banking side of things. My one payment was sent through paypal for £180 then £20 sent to my card don't know why that was. But they still had problems giving me the first withdrawal of £200 dated on the 10th I was told they decided to cancel that and redone it so now dated the 18/07/16 and was going to get that processed straight away or try but seems they can't cause I now how to wait for that money 9 days already and takes days to clear .
