Cool Cat Casino - 4-Month-Delayed Payment

I requested a withdrawal for $1708 (before fees) from Cool Cat on Feb. 27. 2016. It was approved on March 18, 2016. As of today's date of June 20, 2016, I have gotten nothing but excuses and repeated phrases (like "anytime soon" and "expedite your request"). I have exchanged over 40 emails with at least 5 different 'hosts' with this casino. I have used their chat option and chatted with 3 or 4 different 'hosts' and VIP hosts. I have been instructed to submit documentation from different hosts for different payment methods and it seems none of them knew what the other was doing/requesting??? Now I have submitted all documentation for all payment methods they have offered (bank wire, prepaid card, deposit back on my debit card, check payment). The last offer is bank wire offer from "Jennifer" so I submitted all information on June 2, 2016 and now she says (again) my wire will be $1688 and should come through "anytime soon." That was on Friday, June 17, 2016. This week will make about 4 months of trying to receive my winnings. I have been a loyal patron for several years so I don't understand why this is happening. It's beyond frustrating.

I received one wire transfer today of $1668 which is the amount in my complaint here minus a fee, I guess. It's very much appreciated but I am so surprised after having waited so long. I still have two more amounts from two 'sister' casinos to Cool Cat, so I will wait and see if they come through in the near future. My withdrawals are all extremely delayed but I consider this one with Cool Cat as resolved now. Thank you to for this forum/site.
