Where to start..

First of all, the support is awful, I am not getting replies and there is no live chat.

When the assistance was finally received, since I am foreigner living and working in Malta, they refused to accept my Latvian utility bills and since I am not getting any utility bills in Malta, they refused to accept my Maltese address, which however is shown on my Maltese ID which is issued by the government and the government verifies the address by sending invitation to collect the card to the specified address.

I have sent them my FS3, payslips, insurance documents, bank statements, utility bills, photos of ID, credit card, Maltese ID. When enough is enough?

The amount pending in my balance is 2800 EUR, therefore please advise what should be done for a foreigner living in another country to prove the address? This is silly.

Update, the documents have been verified and now my withdrawal is still PENDING. It should not be so easy to deposit and so hard withdraw. No news from their Finance Team.

One more thing to add, all winnings were gained with no bonus, therefore this process should be much faster.
