I have recently deposited 2k and won a sum of 8k i did 2 withdrawals of 2k each and they were delayed for 3 days withdrew Saturday and approved Monday.

On Tuesday I did another withdrawal but it is not getting approved it is now Friday 29.11 3 after the request and it is still not approved.

My VIP manager asked me to wait but the t&c states that 48h.which passed already so I need a clear answer, please

Dear Askgamblers Team,
Thank you for informing about the complaint, because the positive experience of the player is our priority.

Regarding the situation that arose: due to the security reasons, we needed an additional verification of the player`s game activity and account. Only today, 02.12.2024, we received the results of this inspection.
Immediately after that, we confirmed our client's cashouts.

Given the above fact, we consider this situation resolved.
