Glamorous Times

A slot from Gamomat and has a roaring twenties theme and has a combo of 5 reels, 3 reels and a player choice of 10, 20 or 30 fixed pay lines. Nice to give the player a choice instead of forcing the player to play a certain number of pay lines. If you choose the 10 liner option then you will get to play with min bet of 0.10 per spin which is reasonable.

This jazz age slot does have a feature built in and has a very unusual way of triggering it as you need the entire 3 middle reels to be full of scatters thus 9 scatters will trigger it and give you 7 free spins. There are plenty of stacked symbols on the reels not just the scatters which can make it possible to get those full screens of the same symbols.

I was trying this slot out with over a hundred spins thrown at it and while it got close so many times with the feature teases it didn’t quite get there to give me a free spins feature, perhaps next time if I get around to playing it again.

Besides the feature which is something you have to base game grind for, you can get help with that by using the auto play function is just a simple auto play with on or off but if you do play the base game without auto play you can have a go on the gamble features which are the standard card gambles or ladder gambles.

The base game comes with the familiar music from that era and you just gotta keep spinning to have it playing for you, I applaud for Gamomat for not making the base game quiet like in some of their other titles but here you get to enjoy the music for the entire duration of the session, but not just music there is singing in there too.

The RTP for me when I got around to playing it was 96.08% which means I was playing on the highest max RTP version and I thought it would help me but not so much in this session but I am sure if I played more sessions on the max RTP vs playing on the 94% versions I would be better of with the max RTP.

You get only 7 free spins and you can’t re-trigger it, who thought this was a good idea, I certainly am not a fan of such design. There is no bonus buy option so you will find that the base game grind on a gamomat will involve a lot of dead spins until you get those 9 scatters to land on those middle 3 reels while getting teased with the almost there spins.

Glamorous times is a newly release slot from Gamomat. I think they released this slot a few months ago and I saw it on PlayOJO casino for the first time. This slot had 5 reels and 30 paylines with a decent paytable. This Jazz Aged theme from Gamomat is something to look forward as you can benefit from stacked symbols during base game as well as free spins feature and special stacked symbol.

Symbols on the reals include your standard card deck symbols as well as high paying one, like an ancient clock, a dressed lady and a guy with a glass of whiskey. Seems like they are having a party at some jazz festival, which makes me think of New Orleans. The highest paying symbol award you with x8.5 your total bet. There is a glamorous time wild symbol which pays x33 your bet. Get the wild as the special stacked symbol during free spins and you can benefit from a x1000 per spin.

The gramophone symbol is scatter and appear only on reels 2,3 and 4. You need to fully cover reels 2,3 and 4 to trigger 7 free spins. This scatter symbol also comes in stacked form making triggering spins easy. During free spins only high paying symbol becomes the super block stacked symbol which means more of them visible, which can lead to extremely big wins. The feature cannot be retriggered at all.

I think Gamomat could have done better with this slot in terms of featuring retriggers or something similar. The fact that you get 7 spins is enough for the big win, but since retrigger not possible, it points that this slot is highly volatile. I once triggered spins in less than 10 spin and hit nothing, and it took me well over 300 spins on a another occasion. I never had big free spins wins but had a huge base game almost full screen hit with the girl symbol, which paid x150 my total stake. I like the game but not in my daily playlist.
