Huge problem with KYC!!!
I asked for the verification in this casino on 11. 11. 2024 and sent them all the requested documents. Since then i am not a verified player so I can not do withdraw and the KYC do not react to my e-mails. The online support tells me that they are no responsible for the verification and I have to ask the KYC department, which do not react. So to close it up. Do not play on this casino, because you will never be verified and will be abled to cashout your money.
