I like the registration through the banking app. I only had to fill in half the fields, and the welcome bonus arrived instantly, without any unnecessary delays.
I bet on the Pegula vs. Siniakova tennis match. The Vivatbet website states that they rely on official sources, including tournament websites. However, the Berlin tournament's website shows a score of 6-2, 6-4. This means my over 3.5 total bet on Siniakova in 2 sets won. But Vivatbet displays 6-2, 6-1 and marked it as a loss. They refuse to recalculate the bet.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the ease of registration and the quick accrual of your welcome bonus. We're sorry you're having questions about your bet calculation. If the issue persists, please contact us by email at [email protected], providing your account ID, coupon number, and the source you're referring to. We'll be sure to conduct a further investigation. On June 17th, right on schedule, I received a free bet for my World Cup wagers. I used it immediately on the next World Cup match. Everything went smoothly without any hassle.
The app lags heavily. Because of this, I couldn't see my first week's World Cup bonus credited on time. Good thing I thought of logging into the website via PC.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you were satisfied with your free bet and the promotion. We're sorry you encountered issues with the app. We're already working on improving its performance to make your gaming experience even more enjoyable. Best regards, Vivatbet Team
The ice has broken, gentlemen! Finally, the Vivat team rolled out a decent bonus and reacted to an important event. Once my friends found out about this, they joined in too. It is a fantastic update!
I used to get a recurring deposit bonus—where you top up 100 euros and get 25 euros—and suddenly it stopped. Even though the promo was still active on the site, customer support told me I had opted out of the promotion, despite the fact that I never clicked anything to do so.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed our bonus offers. We're also sorry to hear about the issue with the re-deposit bonus. Participation in promotions may vary depending on the terms of the offer and your account status. If the issue persists, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We'll be sure to investigate the situation and provide detailed clarification. Best regards, Vivatbet Team
The atmosphere here is truly captivating. Sometimes you play a slot and it gives you goosebumps! You place bets or spin with delight. The support team is always helpful.
Is a video call in 2026 normal? Verification can be done in other ways, especially considering how much data is in the registries. In my case, they accepted my photos and documents, but when we tried video contact over the same phone, they said the quality was poor.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback and kind words about our platform and customer support. We're sorry you experienced any inconvenience with the verification process. Video verification may be requested in certain cases for security and account protection purposes. Unfortunately, connection quality can affect the success of verification. If you still have questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Best regards, Vivatbet Team
The daily express builder creates truly winning options. The odds are decent, a couple hundredths higher than the competition. And I have peace of mind – my interests as a player are protected.
I was very upset. I bet on a dark horse in a Dota 2 tournament with odds of 3.65. After the event, the outcome was calculated at 1.74. I had disabled real-time odds adjustments.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciate our odds and betting options. We're sorry you're having questions about bet calculations. Odds and calculation conditions are subject to bookmaker rules and market conditions. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve our service. Regards, Vivatbet Team
Verification happens almost seamlessly for me. I submitted my documents and received confirmation within a couple of hours. So don't be afraid of it. Just move forward with your goal.
I hadn't even had a chance to enjoy the quick verification yet, and now my mood is ruined. I wasn't given the 5 euro prize for a 20-dollar bet on basketball. They say your bonuses are disabled. Is that even possible?
Hello Kler40! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the verification process quick and easy. We're also sorry to hear about the misunderstanding regarding your bonus crediting. Eligibility for bonus promotions may depend on your account settings and the terms of the specific offer. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll be sure to look into the matter. Best regards, Vivatbet Team
A great all-in-one platform. It’s awesome to be able to jump between a match bet and a vibrant slot game while waiting for the final whistle. I’m not winning millions, but it’s enough for a stable profit and a comfortable lifestyle. The balance between the casino and sportsbook is handled perfectly.
Delayed withdrawal times. To be honest, the payout speed is much slower than advertised. They claim one timeframe, but in reality, you wait twice as long. It’s irritating that support just shrugs it off and blames the "payment provider." You basically just have to sit and wait.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the platform's convenience and the balance between betting and the casino. We're sorry to hear you've experienced delays with your withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and additional verification checks, but we're constantly working to speed up processes and improve customer support. Regards, Vivatbet Team
Top-tier weekend markets. I absolutely love their Saturday lineup—it’s got everything from elite football to UFC fights. On weekdays when there are no big matches, I usually stick to slots, but I recently discovered betting on youth leagues. Now I follow them constantly; the excitement is even higher than the Champions League.
Issues with cashback processing. The promotion offering a bonus for deposits over 100 EUR was a total letdown. I deposited the cash and met the requirements, but the cashback never arrived. Support responded very coldly, just telling me to "wait or re-read the rules." My enthusiasm died right then and there.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoy the variety of events and our betting lineup. We're sorry to hear about the issue with cashback accrual and customer support. We apologize for the inconvenience—your comment will be forwarded to our team for review and service improvement. Regards, Vivatbet Team
Is 10 euros a lot or a little? Obviously, it’s a lot, because with that amount I managed to try out a whole bunch of new slots and received payouts daily without any delays.
Many bonuses are missing. For example, the Olympic Games, the cyber-star tournament in Krakow, and many others passed by without any special offers. Not to mention, the Grand Slam also remained out of the picture.
Hello, Jacksonf! Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you have enjoyed the slots and managed to try a bunch of them. We are sorry to hear that you found our bonuses lacking. Our team works tirelessly to make sure our players are satisfied and we are always open to feedback. Regards, Vivatbet Team.
Solid selection of slots and a complete lineup of matches. This is where I first saw the Spanish Tercera, the Portuguese third division, and so on. Usually, they aren't even included in the grid. Having more "non-prestigious" championships here is much cooler.
The data verification process lasted an absolute eternity. Even though everything was clear and correct, and the photo documents were perfect, support kept rejecting them. I finally broke through on the fourth try, but the mood was already ruined.
Hello, Jackson! Thank you for your amazing review. We are happy to hear that you found our selection of slots and lineups plentiful. Please accept our apologies for the delay in verification. Our security team thorougly checks every document so the delays are possible. We are trying our best to make sure this process is smooth and we are glad that your issue has been solved. Regards, Vivatbet Team.
It’s a good casino. Very convenient to mix sports matches with colorful slots. Massive wins don’t happen often, but it’s enough to maintain a comfortable lifestyle.
To be honest, withdrawals here are much slower than advertised in the announcements. The waiting is a bit irritating, but life goes on and you just have to wait it out. Support is unable to do anything about it.
Hello, Karter! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciate the platform's convenience and the combination of betting and slots. We apologize for any delays in withdrawals, sometimes the processing time may depend on the selected method and additional verification checks. We are working to expedite the process. Regards, Vivatbet Team
The weekend lineup is top-tier. You get the leading leagues alongside exciting fights. On weekdays when there’s no Champions League, I used to just spin slots. However, a friend recently told me about the drama in one of the lower football divisions. I got so hooked that now I always place my bets at Vivat.
One of the bonuses offering additional cashback for deposits over 100 euros failed completely. It simply wasn't credited despite my expectations. Support reacted quite coldly; their tone even felt dismissive. It totally ruined the vibe I was expecting.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the variety of events and our betting lineup. We're sorry that the bonus issue and customer support interactions were disappointing. We apologize for the inconvenience, your comment will be forwarded to the team for review and improvement. Regards, Vivatbet Team
The bright, lightweight website and app are appealing. The roles and sections are clearly structured. I’m especially happy to see bingo available — I grew to love this genre after my internship in the US. It’s hard to find similar venues in Europe.
The number of withdrawal options feels limited. Many traditional and digital currencies are not supported. There are significantly more legal electronic payment methods available on the market.
Hello! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the ease and convenience of the website and app, as well as the clear section structure. We're especially pleased that the bingo feature was a pleasant bonus for you, we strive to offer a varied gaming experience. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding withdrawal methods. We understand the importance of a wide choice of payment methods and will be sure to pass your comment on to the relevant team for consideration of possible improvements. Best regards, Vivatbet Team
I jumped from one casino to another looking for my vibe. Everything seemed fine, the atmosphere was pleasant, but once it came to winnings, platforms would stall or block payouts. At Vivat, there’s an atmosphere of mutual trust. Withdrawals are smooth, and the slot selection is huge.
Bonus conditions could be more diverse. I don’t understand why major esports events are ignored. Yes, the overall offer is quite unique, but a bonus tied to a top Dota tournament feels like a must-have.
Hello! Thank you for your trust and kind words. We're glad you appreciated our stable payouts and wide selection of slots—this is a priority for us. We'll pass on your feedback regarding the variety of bonuses and promotions for major esports tournaments to the team. Thank you for the idea! Regards, Vivatbet Team
I usually don’t leave reviews, but VivatBet deserves feedback. It has a wide selection of live casino formats. You can even find commentary in your own language — recently I enjoyed blackjack with Estonian commentary. The fact that the brand accepts bets on all kinds of events is also a big plus.
One thing that really stands out is payments. In such a progressive country as Estonia, I’d expect to see cryptocurrency deposit and payment options. There are also very few e-wallets available.
Good day! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoy the live casino selection and the ability to play with commentary in your native language. We're also pleased that you noted the wide range of events. Regarding payment methods, thank you for your feedback. We're constantly working to expand the available deposit and withdrawal methods. Best redards, Melbet team
I work as a security guard. During quiet free time, I like to play slots. I trust only Vivatbet. Payouts are stable here, and the app works perfectly. I prefer instant games or bingo, and luckily, there are plenty of them. For me, Vivat is the best way to relax.
I’m not sure what causes it, but there’s one major issue — sometimes the live casino takes a long time to load or starts lagging. Support does try to help, and things work fine for a while, but then the problem suddenly returns.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoy our payouts, app, and game selection. We apologize for any delays in the live casino, which may sometimes be due to connection issues or technical updates. Best regards VivatBet Team
The advantages of this bookmaker are obvious. First of all, it is accredited and properly licensed. Secondly, it offers one of the deepest betting lines on the market. Not every bookmaker accepts bets even on second divisions or youth leagues, and here you can also find exotic leagues. That’s real luck
Overall, I’m satisfied, but I’d like to see better bonuses. Right now, it feels like the platform focuses more on cashback rather than providing real motivation to place bets on specific events.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you highlighted VivatBet's licensing and the depth of our lineup. We truly place special emphasis on market diversity, including second divisions, youth tournaments, and rare leagues, so that every customer can find interesting events. Best regards VivatBet Team
The breadth of Vivatbet's betting world is astounding! There are so many different championships. I never imagined that small countries like Curaçao could have their own championships, let alone qualify for the World Cup! And the bets here sell like hotcakes.
Unfortunately, there aren't many effective bonuses. Most are aimed at replenishing your deposit, but I haven't seen any themed ones like basketball bets or those tied to competitions.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you appreciate the wide selection of sporting events and championships on Vivatbet. We truly strive to offer the widest possible range of bets, including leagues and competitions from various countries, including less popular ones, so that every player can find events that interest them. Thank you also for your comment regarding bonuses. We understand that themed promotions tied to specific sports or tournaments can be more interesting and useful. Your feedback will be passed on to the relevant team and taken into account when developing future bonus offers. If you have any additional ideas or questions, please contact us. Regards, Vivatbet Team
I've been playing at Vivatbet for a long time. I feel like a VIP. The service is good, and there are lots of slots. I take advantage of bonuses and get extra games. However, there aren't as many as a true pro would like.
I'm a bit of a losing player, but I recently hit the €1,500 jackpot on the Bonanza slot. I decided to cash out at least once. I seemed to have passed verification, but something's not working. It took the third customer support agent to sort it out.

Vivatbet delivers a seamless platform with numerous deposit and withdrawal options. The 24/7 live chat support resolves issues swiftly, and I truly appreciate the detailed match statistics and insights that help me make informed betting choices every time.
The website could use a fresher, more modern look to enhance user experience. Certain withdrawal options carry fees, which feels unnecessary. The app struggles with live betting performance, needing upgrades for smoother functionality.

I have been playing at Vivatbet for almost a year. This is the only casino with fast deposits and withdrawals and a good mobile app and a functional website. The customer service is high quality and so far I have always received answers to my questions and the necessary help. Please note that this is one of the few casinos that have not been complained about, for example, here. The game selection has grown and the betting selection is the best there is!

Many deposit and withdrawal options. Withdrawals are fast at least for small amounts. Site is clear and easy to navigate. Sportsbook has good selection.
Casino section only has few game providers. The games doesn't work properly and keep crashing after few spins over and over again. Customer support is very slow and can't give you answer instantly for anything, you need to wait email for 24 hours.
